Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where:
- The item is damaged, or
- You have received a completely incorrect product
Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Required Proof for Returns
To process your request, the following are mandatory:
- A clear unboxing video (recorded before opening the package)
- Product images from all angles
- Original packaging with all accessories intact
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to lighting or photography
- Kids’ earrings (non-returnable for hygiene reasons)
Return Shipping
- For approved returns, Zylva will cover the return shipping charges
- If unavailable, a refund will be processed within 4–5 working days
Refunds & Replacements
- If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped
